| CRODA ROSSA MOUNTAIN
PEAK - 2936 m |
back |
During the First World War was Croda Rossa Mountain a cruel
battleground. The secured tracks leading to the top were once real
warpaths. While walking along you still find some relicts of this
war. Once on the top of the mountain, if there is fair weather you
have a spectacular view to the Ortles, Großvenediger and
Großglockner, Austria’s highest mountain.
