ALPINI PATH
The most famous fixed rope route dating back to the
First World War |
back |
This is a superlative of climbing tracks in the Dolomites of
Sesto. The “Alpini Path” was cut into the rocks during the First
World War by the Italian mountain troop, many of the once steep
passages have been toned down thus rendering them passable, and what
remains are the incredible breathtaking views in the wild fissured
mountain landscape. You must be free from giddiness and climbing
equipment is absolutely necessary.
